I purchased my Dyson V15 Submarine just six months ago, and already, the red silicone seal in the dust bin has come loose. Whenever I try to put it back in place, it immediately falls out again, rendering the vacuum completely unusable.
For a ₺30,000 vacuum cleaner, it is extremely frustrating that such a minor component failure can make the entire machine non-functional. A high-end product like this should be built to last longer without issues.
I expect Dyson to provide an immediate solution, whether through a replacement part or a repair. A small silicone seal should not be the reason a premium vacuum cleaner stops working. Please address this issue promptly!
