I own a Dyson V12, and like many other users, I am experiencing the same recurring issue. When I press the power button, the vacuum runs for three seconds before shutting off. I have to turn it back on multiple times, and after five or six attempts, it finally stays on without turning off.
I purchased this vacuum expecting top-tier quality from a global brand, but it seems this problem is affecting many customers. This suggests a design flaw or a chronic motor issue, yet Dyson has done nothing to address it.
Even lower-end vacuum brands don’t have such issues, so why should a premium brand like Dyson? Are we being misled into paying for "quality" that doesn't exist? Dyson, fix this issue immediately or acknowledge the defect! I am seriously reconsidering ever purchasing from this brand again!
