This problem is not only disrupting my cleaning routine but also raising concerns about the reliability of the device. I purchased this vacuum at a high cost, expecting a durable and long-lasting product. This situation has been extremely disappointing.
I request Dyson to address this issue promptly by thoroughly inspecting the device and providing a permanent solution. If necessary, I expect a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
