I am a Dyson Gen5 user, and I am extremely disappointed with the product and Dyson’s customer service. The foam parts around the headpiece have started deteriorating, causing air leaks and reduced suction power. Despite this clear defect, customer service dismissed my concerns, claiming that the foam is purely decorative—which makes absolutely no sense.
Additionally, my Motorbar head broke over a month ago, and although it is covered under warranty, I have been repeatedly told that it is out of stock with no ETA for a replacement. I have been left waiting indefinitely with no working vacuum, even though I paid nearly ₺40,000 for this product.
I deeply regret buying a Dyson. The service is slow, the support is unhelpful, and they fail to stand behind their warranty commitments. If Dyson cannot provide a functional product or honor its warranty, I demand a full refund or an immediate replacement. Fix this now!
