“I thank the Dyson brand for providing a solution to the problem with my product.”

I purchased a Dyson Gen5, expecting high durability and performance, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The device stopped working properly, and despite still being under warranty, Dyson refuses to provide proper service.

They insist on a video recording of the faulty part to assess the issue, but how am I supposed to capture a problem that happens sporadically and unpredictably? I have explained the issue multiple times, but Dyson refuses to acknowledge it or provide a real solution.

A product at this premium price point should not be breaking down within a year! Dyson's customer service is unhelpful, and their so-called warranty feels completely useless. They no longer stand behind their products the way they used to.

I regret purchasing this vacuum, and I strongly advise others not to waste their money on Dyson. If this issue is not resolved, I will be taking legal action to claim my consumer rights. Dyson, honor your warranty and provide real solutions!
