I purchased the Dyson Gen 5 Detect stick vacuum, and within 3-4 months, the side wheel on the carpet cleaning head broke. When I contacted Dyson, they assured me they would send a replacement, but it has been nearly two months, and nothing has arrived.

I’ve repeatedly requested either the replacement part or a full refund, but Dyson refuses to accept a return. Not only do they fail to provide the promised replacement, but they also ignore the quality issues with their product. I feel completely misled. Spending ₺28,000 for this kind of service is unacceptable. I demand either the immediate delivery of the replacement or a full refund for this subpar product.
