I purchased a vacuum cleaner from dyson.com.tr using my credit card on May 18, 2023. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that my order was canceled for security reasons on May 23, 2023. However, my bank still processed the payment on my behalf and even reflected it in my account statement. After speaking with my bank, I was informed that the payment was received by Iyzico on behalf of dyson.com.tr with the provision code 083418. I have contacted dyson.com.tr customer service multiple times regarding this issue. However, despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach a customer representative who understands the situation and is competent enough to resolve it. As a result, I have not received the product I purchased, and the payment has not been refunded to me. This experience has led me to have serious reservations about shopping at dyson.com.tr and my opinion of Dyson as a company and its products. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that Dyson Global can improve the e-commerce experience provided by Dyson Turkey. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
