Dyson Air Purifier Order Cancelation Problem

My product has been delivered. Thank you.

On March 18, 2024, I made a purchase of an air purifier from Dyson Turkey's website. It's been two days and I'm still waiting for any updates on my shipment. Once the call was made, they proceeded to open the necessary files. I then reached out to the payment gateway, iyzico. They verified that the payment had been completed and furnished Dyson with a payment number. While speaking with a Dyson Customer Representative on March 22, 2024, I was informed that a refund would be issued. It's been two months and I'm still waiting for the air purifier I purchased for my child. Instead, they provide a refund. Who requested that? No, I did not. I would like to purchase my product. They suggest we should make a request. The management of this brand in Turkey is extremely poor.
