Delay in Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum Delivery


On October 2, 2023, I placed an order on Dyson.com.tr for a Dyson V11 cordless vacuum cleaner. They promised that it would be processed within 48 hours and that shipping information would be provided. However, there was no sign of progress after 72 hours. When I called customer service, they said they couldn't find any record of my order using my email address and phone number. I've been doing online shopping for years and have never come across such nonsense. They understand how to advertise "buy directly from the seller," but they don't appear to be able to process orders. I spent 3,000 tl on a product and still have no one to talk to. I urgently request a refund.
