Dyson Airwrap Faulty Attachments Complaint

I contacted Dyson customer support about my Dyson Airwrap hair styling and drying kit, which I purchased in January 2024, since certain attachments were loosening and causing hair damage. A video call was initiated, and I expressed all of my worries. I was told, "Yes, there might be an issue," and told to send the product or leave it at the approved servicing center in Ataşehir. On Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 5:40 PM, I left the product, and on Monday, I received a call confirming that it had passed all tests and had no problems. However, in Instagram videos with several complaints about the same issue, Dyson acknowledges the problem and offers product replacements. I can't help but question, "Do they only resolve issues when influencers complain?" It's intolerable to be told "there's no problem" when "there is" with a product I paid a bunch for. While Dyson Turkey appears to be working quickly, I don't feel the product has been fully tested.
