Dyson Airwrap Ionic Brush Defective, No Replacement Provided After 3.5 Months

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap in September 2023, and later the ionic brush began to peel. On May 23, 2024, I contacted Dyson customer service to explain the issue, and they requested that I show the problem via video. They acknowledged the brush was faulty and promised to send a replacement. I received an order confirmation the same day via email. However, despite numerous calls and emails since then, I have received no further updates or resolution. I was told the replacement is coming from Malaysia and is out of stock.

Waiting 3.5 months for a replacement is unacceptable. I even suggested that they could take a brush from an existing set in Turkey, where the Airwrap is currently being sold, to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, customer service has failed to provide any solutions. I requested contact information for the headquarters, but they refused to provide it.

It is unacceptable for a global company like Dyson to leave its customers in such a predicament. I will pursue legal action if my issue is not addressed promptly.
