Dyson Airwrap Broke On First Use

I bought the Dyson Airwrap in ceramic pink and rose gold, which I had been waiting for five months, from the Kentpark Dyson store in Ankara, Turkey, on April 27, 2024, for 19,999₺. The first time I used the product, before I had even done half of my hair, it suddenly stopped working, and the filter cleaning warning light started flashing red. Since it was my first time using it, I thought it might have overheated and left it to rest. After waiting a day, I tried to use it again, hoping the problem had resolved. This time, it worked, but despite setting all the buttons to the hot air mode, the product kept blowing cold air. I couldn't get any hot air, so I stopped using it and immediately returned it to the Kentpark store on May 13, 2024.

I took my product to the Dyson Authorized Service. The employee said that if it was a problem that couldn't be repaired, they would call customer service and offer to send a product in a color that was in stock. I specifically told the employee that I wanted this particular color and did not want another color. Today (May 16, 2024) at 6:46 PM, Dyson customer service called me and said the product needed to be replaced, but they didn't expect this color to be in stock in Turkey for another six months to a year. They offered to send a nickel-copper colored Airwrap and provide a 1,500₺ discount coupon. They also said they would refund my money if I didn't want another color.

I explained that I specifically wanted this color. After waiting months for it to be in stock, I bought it immediately even though they increased the price by 3,000₺. I wanted to use this color, not any other. I asked if it could be sourced from another store that had the ceramic pink and rose gold in stock. However, customer service stubbornly offered only the nickel-copper color or a refund. This product is widely available abroad, but instead of bringing sufficient stock to Turkey, they bring it in limited quantities without spare parts to avoid such problems, inconveniencing customers. Offering a 1,500₺ discount on a product I bought for 20,000₺ is insufficient. They should offer a different color option or a refund to avoid hassle. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience with a product I couldn't use even once.
