I purchased my Dyson Airwrap from the Dyson Demo Store at Forum Istanbul Mall in 2024. Since the day I bought it, I’ve been experiencing several issues — the attachments wobble while in use, the device pulls my hair, and once, a small piece fell out from inside the main body. These problems have been ongoing since day one.
Last summer, I contacted Dyson customer service, and the main body was replaced, but the issues were not resolved. The attachments still shake during use and continue to pull my hair. I’ve seen that other customers with the same problem received brand-new replacement devices, yet my unit continues to have the same persistent issue. Because the Airwrap doesn’t work properly, I ended up buying an Airstrait, but I still use my Airwrap hesitantly — and honestly, I’m tired of dealing with this. I was so excited to buy it, but it’s turned into a disappointment. I really wish Dyson’s customer service in Turkey valued customer satisfaction the same way it does in Europe.
My product is still under warranty until January 2026, but I’m worried about what will happen afterward. Since replacing the main body didn’t solve anything, I’m requesting further assistance or a full replacement, as many other users have received.
