Dyson Airwrap Nightmare - 3rd Year Breakdown, Lies & No Refund

I am experiencing a major inconvenience with Dyson Turkey. My Airwrap device broke down in its 3rd year due to a motor error and was not repaired, but destroyed. They offered me a 40% discount and said I could only use it for online purchases. I waited 2 months for the device to be in stock. Then they called saying the device was in stock, asking me to deposit the money. I deposited the money. They said the device would be shipped within 3 days, but it's not in stock. When I asked why you took my money if it was not in stock, they had no answer, and no one to talk to. I said cancel my order and refund my money, they said they would get back to me but they didn't. I've never had such a shopping experience in my life. I feel helpless and don't know what to do.
