Dyson Airwrap Still Faulty After Multiple Repairs, Requesting Replacement or Refund
I purchased my Dyson Airwrap about a year ago from the Dyson store in Adana, and it is still under warranty. A few months ago, the device began shutting off on its own. The problem worsened over time, so in July, I sent it to the service center for repair. A week later, it was returned with a report claiming the motor was repaired and the issue resolved. However, when I tested it, the exact same problem persisted.
I contacted customer service again and was told to send the product back to service. In early August, the Airwrap was returned once more, with another note stating the issue had been fixed. But when I finally tested it again, the device did not work at all—it is now completely unusable. On top of that, I noticed paint peeling and scratches on the unit that were not there before it was sent to service.
Throughout this process, Dyson’s customer service team has been responsive and followed up, but the service center has failed to repair the product properly on multiple occasions. Each time, the same unresolved issue is returned to me, leaving me frustrated and without a functioning device.
Given that the Airwrap is still under warranty, and considering the repeated failed repair attempts, I request either a full product replacement or a refund. Customers should not have to send their device back multiple times only to receive it in worse condition and still broken. Dyson must ensure a proper solution for this ongoing problem.

It was never handled with any sensitivity. They said there was no problem with the product and shipped it back again. If there is no problem with the product, why would we ship it three times in a month? I can't believe it, it's very strange.
