Dyson Failed to Deliver My Airwrap and Delayed Refund in Full

I’m reaching out to address the issues I’ve experienced with purchasing a Dyson Airwrap from Dyson Türkiye. Checking the stock in Antalya has been incredibly frustrating; since the stock isn’t visible on your website, I contacted live support, only to be told I’d need to visit the store physically. Despite the long distance, I visited for three consecutive days, each time told to “come back tomorrow” without confirmation. Then, on November 6, 2024, I ordered the Airwrap on your website at 12:50 PM, expecting same-day shipping as advertised, but my order wasn’t shipped, and attempts to contact customer service led to lengthy wait times and unprocessed order status for 48 hours. After finally reaching someone, I was informed that my order would be canceled due to a system error, with the refund processed in nine installments, the same as my original purchase. Now, I cannot repurchase the item due to lack of stock and my credit card’s limited available balance. The stock visibility, communication delays, and installment-based refund have caused significant inconvenience. I request an urgent resolution; either by fulfilling my order or providing a full refund in one lump sum.
