Dyson Customer Service Doesn't Fix Problems And Keeps Us Stalk
Buying products from Dyson Turkey has been a complete disappointment, to say the least. Let me explain briefly. Around 6 months ago, we purchased a product that turned out to be defective. We contacted Dyson Turkey to address the issue. Initially, they attempted to resolve it by changing the filter, but the problem persisted. So, we sent the device back entirely. They diagnosed an engine failure and suggested replacing the engine, which we declined, opting instead for a complete replacement of the product. However, when they mentioned that the replacement might not be the same product, we refused. We then requested a refund, which they agreed to. However, it's been approximately 4 months, and we still haven't received the refund. They keep promising to resolve the issue but have yet to follow through. While Dyson is known for its quality, the distributorship in Turkey is highly unreliable and irresponsible. I intend to escalate this complaint to Dyson global, as it seems there's no one in Turkey taking responsibility. Think twice before buying from Dyson in Turkey.

On April 18, I was contacted by Dyson Turkey and was told that the return process had been restarted and that the return would be made within 14 business days. However, nothing has been returned yet; they are still stalling by saying they have created a file. There is no one to talk to, just a few memorized words from customer service. I repeat, stay away from Dyson Turkey, you will regret it.
Update: After writing to Şikayetvar.com, they paid more attention and after long efforts, our money was refunded. I will not thank Dyson Turkey because they delayed us a lot, but I do thank Şikayetvar.com.
