Dyson Airwrap Order Failed, Refund Delayed


On June 26, 2024, I placed an order for an Airwrap on dyson.com.tr. On July 2nd, when I called Dyson, I was told that there was no such order and that it would be reviewed and they would get back to me within 48 hours. 48 hours passed, and no one called. I called again and was told they would resolve the suspended order.
On July 13, 2024, after countless inquiries yielded no results, they said my refund was approved and hung up on me (although I had stated 50 times that I did not want a refund). The refund was initiated on July 16, 2024, but only for ₺3300. When we called the bank, Dyson informed us that they would refund the payment in 6 installments and had made such a request.
As a result, Dyson takes your money in advance, does not send the product, and makes the refund in installments. I hope to be rid of this shoddy company as soon as possible. Do not get involved with Dyson.
