I purchased a Dyson Airstrait from Sephora in İstinyePark, but later found out that if I had bought it directly from a Dyson store, I would have received a free hair clip as a gift.
Before purchasing, I specifically asked a Sephora employee if there was any difference between buying from Dyson or Sephora, and they assured me it was exactly the same. Trusting this information, I bought the product at Sephora since it also comes with Dyson Turkey's warranty.
Later, I contacted Dyson customer service, and they told me I would still receive the gift if I called. However, when I followed up, they backtracked, saying Sephora wasn’t part of the campaign and that I should contact them instead. Meanwhile, Sephora tells me to reach out to Dyson—leaving me completely ignored and misled by both companies.
Dyson, why did your employee give me false information that made me miss out on my gift? I demand a resolution and the promised gift immediately! This kind of miscommunication and lack of responsibility is unacceptable.
