MG ZS Hybrid+ Does Not Have Dual Zone Climate Control

On 03/17/2026, I purchased an MG ZS Hybrid+ from the Denizli Coşkunlar dealership. However, before even completing one full month of ownership, I have already started experiencing serious disappointment due to several equipment shortcomings, especially when comparing the vehicle to my previous car, an Opel Mokka Cosmo.

First of all, I realized that the vehicle does not include dual-zone climate control. My wife and I are used to traveling with different temperature preferences, and our previous vehicle supported this feature. When purchasing the MG ZS Hybrid+, we naturally expected a similar level of comfort and equipment. The absence of dual-zone climate control in a vehicle at this price level has been a major disappointment for me.

In addition, I am also dissatisfied with the window control system. The vehicle does not support opening or closing the windows remotely using the key fob. Furthermore, except for the driver’s window, the other windows do not close automatically with a single touch — the buttons must be held continuously. When I noticed this issue, I personally visited the Denizli Coşkunlar dealership. The staff member tested the vehicle and confirmed the same behavior, yet no explanation, clarification, or solution was provided, and the matter was simply left unresolved.

When transitioning from my Opel Mokka to the MG ZS Hybrid+, I expected a more advanced and premium driving experience, especially considering that I paid additional money to upgrade vehicles. Instead, these missing convenience and comfort features have caused significant regret and disappointment.

I request that MG investigate whether solutions can be provided through software updates or hardware improvements regarding the dual-zone climate control expectation, automatic window functionality, and key-based window control features. I also expect a detailed and transparent explanation regarding these equipment limitations and whether any future updates or improvements are planned.
