MG Recall Process Has Been Delayed for Over a Year

I have owned my MG4 since October 2024, and under an official recall process, the vehicle’s T-Box device is required to be replaced. However, despite applying to the authorized MG service center in Konya four separate times since March 2025 for this procedure, I have been turned away every single time with the explanation that “the part has not arrived yet,” and the process has never moved forward.
In September 2025, MG Headquarters contacted me directly and asked which dealership I wanted the recall operation to be performed at. I clearly stated that I preferred the Konya dealership and provided all requested information. Despite this, as of April 2026, months later, I still have not been given any appointment for the T-Box replacement, nor have I received any clear or satisfactory explanation regarding the delay.
This is a mandatory recall-related procedure, and allowing it to remain unresolved for such a long time is completely unacceptable. The T-Box is an important component related to the vehicle’s remote access and connectivity systems, yet both the Konya authorized MG service center and MG Headquarters continue to delay the replacement process without offering any concrete solution, timeline, or proper communication. This situation has caused serious inconvenience and frustration.
The final digits of my vehicle’s chassis number are 210039, and my license plate is 42 AZM 257.
I expect MG and its authorized service network to urgently provide the required T-Box replacement part, schedule the recall appointment without further delay, and provide me with a clear and transparent explanation regarding the entire process. I also request that the inconvenience and uncertainty I have experienced for such a long time finally be resolved properly.
