Dyson Airstrait Gave Reset Error Twice - Service Ignored Replacement
On October 1, 2025, I purchased a brand-new Dyson Airstrait from the Dyson store. After opening the box, the product began giving constant reset errors before I could even use it twice. I sent it to the service center on October 7 and received confirmation that it arrived on October 10. Since then, I have contacted Dyson customer service multiple times, but they only told me that the service center’s decision would be final and that nothing else could be done. Although the repair period was stated to be 10 business days, the process has taken much longer, and I was merely informed that the product would be repaired and returned. I do not accept receiving a repaired product when I purchased it brand new and barely used it. Despite repeatedly asking to speak with an authorized representative, no solution was offered, and my concerns were ignored. My product is under warranty, and I have both the invoice and serial number (U6C-EU-UBB9927A). I request that this defective product, which was faulty from the beginning, either be replaced with a new one or that I receive a full refund. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
