I purchased the Dyson Airstrait model from a Dyson store about 2 months ago, and I am not satisfied with the product. Since the day I bought it, I have been unable to straighten my hair properly, and even when I manage to style it, the result deteriorates very quickly. I am definitely not getting the performance I expected.
After encountering this issue, I contacted customer service and they simply gave me usage instructions—but those suggestions did not solve the problem. I requested a refund or exchange under warranty, but I was told a refund would not be possible. Even though I paid a high fee for the product, my grievance has not been resolved.
Because the product does not meet my expectations, I am requesting a refund. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
