Dyson Airwrap Not Turning On – Red Light Issue Keeps Coming Back

I purchased my Dyson Airwrap hair styler from a Dyson store on September 27, 2025, and it started having problems within the first few weeks. When I turn the device on, a red light flashes on the filter section, and the unit doesn’t work at all. I sent it to the service center, where I was told the motor was defective and had been replaced. However, after receiving the product back, I experienced the exact same issue again.
When I contacted customer service once more, I was told to send it back to the service center again. But having the same recurring fault on a brand-new product is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration. My product is still under a two-year warranty, and the document number is b012025001077170. Each time I try to use it, the same problem occurs, and I can’t operate the device at all.
For this reason, I’m requesting a brand-new replacement unit instead of another repair. I expect Dyson to provide a quick and permanent solution to this issue.
