I purchased the Dreame Mop F9 robot vacuum on November 10, 2024, expecting reliability and solid build quality. Unfortunately, within a short time, the water tank began leaking. I contacted Hepsiburada, and they asked me to send the product for inspection. However, since I actively use the robot vacuum and cannot be without it for long, I haven’t been able to ship it back. All I want is a replacement water tank—I shouldn’t have to go through such hassle for a basic structural failure.
