Parimatch Withdrawal Sent To Wrong Bank Account And Funds Are Missing

I am writing regarding a serious issue with a withdrawal from my Parimatch sports betting account. My Parimatch account ID is 999135638.
On 12 May at around 00:00, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹13,075. Unfortunately, while entering my banking details, I mistakenly provided an incorrect bank account number. The account number I entered does not actually exist.
Despite this, the withdrawal status inside my Parimatch account is marked as “successful.” However, the funds have not reached me in any bank account, and the withdrawal amount has already been deducted from my Parimatch balance.
After realizing the mistake, I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support and explained that the bank account number entered was invalid and not linked to any real account. However, I was only informed that the withdrawal was already marked as successful, and no meaningful effort was made to help trace, reverse, or recover the funds.
At the moment, my ₹13,075 is effectively missing, and I have been left without any proper assistance or solution regarding the transaction.
I kindly request that Parimatch urgently investigate this withdrawal, attempt to reverse or trace the failed transfer, and credit the withdrawn amount of ₹13,075 back to my Parimatch wallet.
I am fully prepared to provide any additional verification, identity confirmation, or supporting documents required in order to help resolve this issue and recover my funds.
