Ecovacs Ignored My Deebot T9 Water Filling and Scent Capsule Issues
While I was very satisfied with the Deebot T9 model robo vacuum cleaner I bought from Ecovacs, I sent it to BDH technical service because the mopping chamber did not fill the mop cloth with water. When I sent it, I informed them that there was a crack in the chamber, but I also said that there was no water leakage. The response I received 7 days later was as follows: "Hello valued customer, your device has been checked. The problem is due to the breakage and rust in the mop accessory. Since it is a consumable, the brand does not inform us. For this reason, the link you can get it from is below." Although there was no water leakage from the crack, the real problem was that it did not fill with water and the scent capsule did not give off a scent. Although I conveyed these to customer representatives Z*** and S***, the message sent to me said that there was a crack and rust problem and they got out of the way. First of all, the cracked part did not fall off and there was no water leakage. Secondly, the rusting issue, shouldn't this be the company's fault? Shouldn't they use non-rusting materials? The defective part is not a consumable, it is ridiculous to introduce it as a consumable despite the mop water chamber on it. Please, I expect an answer and attention from an Ecovacs Official regarding this complaint.
