I Regret Buying Dreame Z20 Vacuum Cleaner

Dreame has become a complete source of regret for me and I will never buy anything from this brand again. Even if the product itself might be good, their customer service and service approach are terrible. I want to clearly share my experience with the Dreame Z20 vacuum cleaner that I bought on January 20th in Istanbul, Turkey, for 19,000. Without any fall, impact or misuse, the vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working after about two weeks. We could not understand what had happened, so on February 7th we sent the device to the service center. The authorized service stated that there was no problem with the product and sent it back without finding any fault. About a week after it was returned, the same thing happened again: the product suddenly stopped working, again without any user error. We sent it to the service center once more, and once again they claimed that there was nothing wrong and returned the product. Despite the fact that the device clearly does not work properly, they absolutely do not accept a return or replacement, and in this process I had a very hard time even explaining my problem. They insist that the product is fine while I am left with a vacuum cleaner that does not work. Customer service only records the request, there is no real solution, follow-up or effort to understand the situation. They listen to your problem and hang up; no authorized person calls back to investigate what really happened. I bought a vacuum cleaner on January 20th and I still practically do not have a functioning device. The product is still almost like new in its packaging, yet it has already been serviced twice, and even though it is not working, the technicians continue to say that everything is fine. I am both shocked and extremely disappointed by this attitude. For a device that failed twice in such a short time and for which no solution is provided, I request a full refund of the 19,000 I paid.
