Booking.com Would Not Let Me Change My Hotel Reservation Date

I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com for Myriad Direct Orleans for 24th July and paid a total of £53. I later needed to correct the date on this booking, but the system would not let me access my reservation properly. I had my reference number, but I was never given a PIN number, so the AI system would not accept or process my request. Although I was initially told that the date had been changed, this has not actually been done and I am now out of pocket. Despite reaching out, I have not received any response from either Booking.com or the hotel, and my issue remains unresolved. I request that the full amount of £53 be refunded to me as I was unable to use or correct my booking due to system limitations and lack of support, even though I had the reference number and acted in good faith.
