Garena Needs To Recover My Free Fire Account And Restore My Purchases

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account with UID 5080216295, which was originally linked to my old Facebook account associated with the email address devianita2****@gmail.com.

Recently, I discovered that my Free Fire account had been removed from my Facebook account and linked to another Facebook ID without my knowledge or permission. I did not notice this change immediately, but in April, when I tried to play Free Fire again, I realized that I could no longer access my original account through my own Facebook login.

Since then, I have completely lost access to my Free Fire account, including all of my in-game progress, items, and purchases. This has caused me serious stress and frustration because I invested a significant amount of time and money into the account over the years.

In this account, I spent approximately ₹5,000–₹7,000 on diamonds and various in-game items, so losing access represents a major personal and financial loss for me.

I had not previously contacted Free Fire or Garena support because I only fully understood the issue when I attempted to access the game again in April and realized my account had been disconnected from my Facebook account.

I kindly request that my original Free Fire account with UID 5080216295 be urgently investigated, recovered, and returned to me. I also request that the account be immediately unlinked from any unauthorized Facebook account currently connected to it.

In addition, I ask that all of my purchased items, diamonds, and game progress be fully restored. I am fully prepared to provide any additional proof, account details, purchase history, or verification required to confirm that I am the rightful original owner of this account.
