I purchased the Dreame LS10 Pro Ultra Heat robot vacuum cleaner from Media Markt’s Konya Selçuklu Kule Site AVM location on July 3rd. From the very beginning, the product failed to meet the advertised features. Within the 15-day legal return period (contacted on July 9), I reached out to the store to initiate a return. However, they refused to accept the product back because it had been opened, claiming that only a service report could allow a refund or exchange.
On July 18, the service department stated there was “no problem” with the product. I strongly disagree. The product box clearly states that the two round mops lift 10.5 mm while vacuuming to avoid touching carpets. That’s simply not true. The mops drag along my carpet, leaving it wet and visibly damaged. I even have video evidence showing this issue.
In addition, the vacuum doesn't clean the claimed m² area per charge, and its AI camera system fails to detect and clean built-up dirt. Instead, the brush spreads dirt around, making the floor messier.
To make matters worse, during the sales pitch, I was told the mop lifts 5 cm—an obvious misrepresentation. Later, staff corrected this to 5 mm, which is also inaccurate. I made this purchase based on the store associate’s confidence and expertise, which turned out to be completely misleading.
I demand a refund or a replacement. Both Media Markt and Dreame must take accountability and stop misleading customers with false product claims.
