Dreame L20 Ultra Developed Water Leak And Service Refused Replacement
I purchased the Dreame L20 Ultra vacuum cleaner about 1.5 years ago. On October 8, 2025, the device developed a water leakage problem, which occurs in every mode and with every use. My device is still under warranty. To speed up the process, I personally took it to the technical service on October 10, 2025. However, I received no updates for nearly three weeks and only learned about the situation after calling them myself. The technical service rejected my request for a product replacement and stated that a refund would be issued instead. Since the product is still under warranty, I am requesting a free repair or replacement under the warranty terms. My invoice number is VTN2024000215551. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved in accordance with warranty conditions and that my grievance be addressed promptly.
