I purchased the Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni robot vacuum from MediaMarkt Optimum on 09.05.2024. Less than a year later, the mopping system stopped wetting the mop pads. I took the device to BDH Bilişim Maltepe (the authorized service center) on 06.03.2025. The next day, I got a message saying the repair was complete. I picked it up on 11.03.2025, and tested it on 12.03.2025—only to find that now the mop was excessively wetting, water was pooling, and nothing was being collected back into the dirty tank, causing the machine to stop.
I cleaned and retried this several times, but the problem persisted. I contacted BDH again and returned the unit on 13.03.2025. They claimed the repair was complete on 14.03.2025, and I picked it up on 17.03.2025—only to face the exact same problem again!
I live on the 23rd floor, the device weighs over 25kg, and I work full-time weekdays and Saturdays. I don’t have the luxury to be carrying this back and forth. I’ve made four separate trips, taken time off work, and had to get help just to transport the unit. And yet, no actual repair has been done. Despite having purchased the extended warranty, the device has not even completed its standard warranty period.
