I Keep Getting the Same Water Intake Error on My Dreame L10 Ultra Robot Vacuum

I purchased the Dreame L10 Ultra robot vacuum about a year ago, hoping it would simplify household cleaning. However, just a few months after buying it, the device started giving a water intake error. I sent it to Ouno service under warranty, and it was supposedly repaired and returned.

Unfortunately, the same error reappeared only a few months later. I sent it again—once more, they claimed to have fixed it, and again, it worked temporarily. But now, for the third time, the same water system malfunction has returned.

This is beyond frustrating. Either the product itself has a serious recurring defect, or the repair service is just patching things up without truly fixing the root problem. A premium smart appliance like this should not break down repeatedly within a year.
