I recently purchased a pair of Crocs platform sandals, but the left sandal is defective and causes blisters. I sent them twice for inspection at the Süper Step store, but my request for an exchange was denied. The store staff initially acknowledged the visible defect and assured me that an exchange would be possible, yet Crocs refused to stand behind their product.
If Crocs is not willing to back the quality of their expensive products, why do they charge such high prices? And why do they continue to partner with stores like Süper Step that clearly do not prioritize customer satisfaction? I will never buy Crocs again and will continue to pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
