On 03.04.2024, my spouse and I purchased a pair of Crocs sandals each from the SuperStep store. Invoice no: NEP2024000786402. Trusting the Crocs brand and its quality, I bought the sandals, but unfortunately, they tore from the bottom after about a month. On 20.05.2024, we submitted the product to the SuperStep store for inspection and return. Today, on 28.05.2024, our request was denied on the grounds that the product usage and maintenance recommendations were not followed. We were not provided with any usage recommendations, either written or verbal, when purchasing the product. Moreover, I bought the same product for my spouse, and while living together in a caravan, we went through similar sandal usage processes. If there was misuse, it would be expected that my spouse's sandals would face similar issues. We are sending the product for a second inspection. If we receive another rejection, we will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. However, this process does not befit the Crocs or SuperStep brands. I hope we receive a customer satisfaction-oriented response that aligns with the brand values.
