Two years ago, I purchased Skechers boots from SuperStep, and within a year, the fabric near the toe area cracked. Despite this clear defect, the company blamed me, claiming it was "consumer error." Reluctantly, I accepted it and bought another pair. To my disappointment, within a year, the sides of these boots also split open.
When I requested a return or exchange, my claim was rejected again. I am appalled by the lack of accountability for the quality of your products. I will never purchase from SuperStep again and will actively discourage others from doing so. Stand by the quality of your products and resolve this issue immediately!
