I bought a pair of Skechers waterproof shoes from Boyner, and after a short period of use, the inner side of one shoe started to come apart. Even the staff at the store agreed that this looked like a production issue. But somehow, the inspection team refuses to acknowledge any fault. How can a global brand like Skechers not stand behind its products? Is this how customer satisfaction is handled—by brushing it off and blaming the buyer?
I demand a replacement for this clearly defective product. If this is not resolved, I will pursue legal action. We don’t pick up money off the ground, and I won’t be buying another pair of Skechers again. This was the last straw.
