My wife had a flight from Linz Airport to Antalya Airport with Corendon Airlines at 09:50 this morning. Her ticket was sold to another person, and she was not allowed to board the plane. No one helped us, and everyone there seemed unaware of what was happening, leaving us stranded. We bought the ticket almost 3 months ago, and now we’ve lost an entire day. I called customer service, but they couldn’t provide any information. I will file complaints with all relevant departments, and if necessary, I will take legal action. They violated all our rights.
