Corendon Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Offered Insufficient Compensation

At the end of my summer vacation, I traveled with Corendon Airlines from Düsseldorf Airport in Germany to İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport. My checked luggage was completely destroyed. I promptly filed the necessary reports and sent all documentation to Corendon Airlines. When I called their customer service, I was told that there was no one available to assist me with my complaint. To make matters worse, all their email communications were in English, even after I explained that I don’t speak English and that I live in Turkey. They said there was nothing they could do about it.

I tried to respond to their emails as best as I could, but the compensation they offered was only 750 TL for a loss valued at around 3000 TL. It’s been almost 2 months, and there has been no further communication or action from Corendon Airlines.

I am requesting that my full loss be compensated and that this issue be resolved immediately.
