On December 15, 2025, at around 5:08 PM, I placed a click-and-collect order through the Tıkla Gelsin app from the Burger King branch in Avcılar University Neighborhood and consumed the food at the restaurant. However, the burger buns were extremely dry and stale, which prevented me from enjoying the meal.
Even though I reported the issue through the Tıkla Gelsin app, I was not given any assistance and was told that I needed to contact the restaurant myself. Due to both the poor food quality and the lack of proper support afterward, I was left dissatisfied.
Because of this issue, I request either a refund of the amount I paid or that my complaint be resolved by providing fresh, properly prepared replacement items. I ask that this matter be reviewed and that I receive a response as soon as possible.
