Corendon Flight K65CR4 Antalya–Zurich Delayed 3 Hours Without Information or Support

On August 30, 2024, I traveled with my wife and baby on Corendon flight K65CR4 from Antalya to Zurich. The flight was delayed three times, resulting in a total delay of around 2.5 to 3 hours. During this entire process, we were not given any updates, announcements, SMS notifications, or communication of any kind regarding the cause of the delay. At the airport, no staff member provided assistance, and passengers were left in complete uncertainty. This lack of communication and care was particularly difficult as we had a baby with us, who became increasingly restless and uncomfortable during the long waiting period. I had previously submitted a complaint through Şikayetvar, but I have received no response from Corendon. My PNR number is XC6221. Given the circumstances, I am requesting compensation and a refund for the disruption and hardship caused. I expect Corendon to take responsibility and provide an urgent resolution to this matter.
