Yet I have been trying since the beginning of March to ensure that all transactions are made using the number ending in 4662 and not with the phone number registered in the system. My spouse received an SMS on his phone again, even though I repeatedly specified that the transaction should be done through the number ending in 4662; I only realized at the last moment that it was the final day of the deadline payment because they sent the SMS to a different number, not the one I gave for contact, so we didn’t see it. On the deadline day I said pay in the evening, we got an error message, and the next day they were selfish enough to ask why we didn’t call them, even though it was a holiday and everything is closed during the holiday. After the holiday we called, and they said it was already too late. They have already, under the guarantee, performed cheap transactions twice up to now; we have paid far more than our share for years, we keep giving money, but they refuse to honor the guarantee. In short, they blamed us for their own system error and did not extend the guarantee."
