Samsung 65QN700B Keeps Restarting: Repair or Replacement Request

I own a Samsung 65QN700B television and for about the last two months the device has been repeatedly shutting itself down and then trying to turn back on again. This problem occurs continuously during use and makes it impossible to watch TV properly. I contacted Samsung service regarding the issue and a team came to check the device. As a result of their inspection, they stated that both the mainboard and the screen needed to be replaced. I find it unacceptable that such a serious malfunction has occurred in this television. I request that my television be repaired without any problems and in a lasting way, or that it be replaced with a faultless new product, and that this process be carried out as quickly as possible.
