Umingle Ban Complaint - Remove Account Ban Without Payment

I have been using the Umingle website from Egypt and a few days ago my account was suddenly banned. On the ban screen it says that the reason is “Gender Searching / Gender Asking” and it shows a Ban ID together with an offer for a paid “Instant Unban” for 79.99 EGP. This is the first time something like this has happened to me on the platform and I did not receive any proper explanation or warning before the ban. I have never made any payments on Umingle and I find it unfair that the only option shown is to pay in order to remove the ban. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment, considering that this is my first and last mistake and that I was not previously warned. I also ask for a clear explanation of the ban and for this situation to be reviewed fairly.
