Please Unban My Device And Unsuspend My ID

Yesterday my StarMaker account was suddenly suspended and my device was banned even though I did not violate any rules or have any problems with other users. I was using my account normally when I received the message that my account was reported for violating regulations or Community Guidelines and had been suspended. I was not doing anything illegal, abusive or inappropriate on the platform. My suspended StarMaker ID is 62069373*** and my username is “0圓 AIi”. I believe this suspension and device ban are a mistake or an unfair action, possibly triggered by a false report or misuse of the reporting system. Because of this, I have now completely lost access to my account and the app on my device, without any clear explanation or chance to defend myself. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, remove the device ban and reactivate my suspended ID. I also ask you to check if there is any abuse of the reporting or VIP powers in this process and to inform me clearly of the reason for this action. I want to continue using StarMaker under fair conditions, in full compliance with your rules and Community Guidelines.
