Kenwood Stand Mixer Whisk Broke After Less Than Three Months

I purchased a Kenwood Chef Baker Titanium Chef XL stand mixer (model KV L85…) from the Gallery Cristal store at Samsun Piazza Mall for approximately $545. Less than three months after purchasing it, the mixer's whisk attachment broke in two separate places at the same time.
When I contacted the authorized service center about the problem, I was told that the broken whisk was not covered by the warranty because it was a removable attachment and was not included in the service coverage. They said I could order a replacement whisk only by paying an additional $40. In other words, a product that was barely three months old and had seen very little use suffered a two-point breakage, and I was asked to pay again to resolve the problem.
I expected a much better approach to product durability and after-sales support from a brand like Kenwood, which is associated with quality. Encountering this response has been a major disappointment. I believe that an attachment breaking so soon points to an issue with the product or accessory quality rather than user error.
I request that the broken whisk be assessed under the warranty and replaced free of charge. If that is not possible, I ask Kenwood to offer a reasonable reduction in the replacement part's price and provide a satisfactory resolution to my complaint.
