Stop ReelShort Auto-Renewal!
I am writing regarding an unwanted ReelShort subscription charge that was deducted from my account today, Thursday 15 October 2026, even though I had already unsubscribed from your service previously. Some time ago I cancelled my ReelShort subscription, which I believe was a monthly plan, and I even received an email from you confirming my refund and apologising, stating that the subscription was on automatic renewal and that this would not happen again. Despite this assurance, today an amount of 12.99 USD (30.31 FJD) was deducted again via my Mastercard through M‑PAiSA, with reference ReelShortW‑1391564033. My ReelShort account is registered with the email address tuliali***@gmail.com. I have not authorised any new subscription and I do not accept today’s charge. I kindly request a full refund of the 12.99 USD (30.31 FJD) charged on 15 October 2026 and that you ensure my subscription is fully cancelled so that no further automatic deductions are made from my account.
