Umingle Ban Appeal: IP and MacBook Blocked After Age Typing Mistake

I was using Umingle on my Mac when I was banned after a simple typing mistake, and I would like this situation to be reviewed. While chatting with a new person, they asked me how old I am. I wanted to type “I’m 18” but by mistake I typed “I’m 17”, and right after that I was banned from the service. I do not have an Umingle account, but the ban ID shown to me is 3a3d863e. Because of this, I can no longer use Umingle from my Wi‑Fi IP or my MacBook. This was an honest typing error and not an attempt to break your rules. I kindly request that you check this ban again and remove the ban on my Wi‑Fi IP and my MacBook so that I can continue using Umingle.
