Kotty Refund Not Received After Return

I bought a pair of Kotty wide leg high waist plus size stretch jeans and later returned it on 6 October. According to the Kotty return confirmation for order ID #134270964316344908203, a refund of 947.00 ₹ via UPI was approved on the same date. However, it has been about 9 days and the refund has still not reached my bank account. I keep checking my bank/app and there is no incoming refund for this order. I kindly request that my 947.00 ₹ refund for this returned jeans order be processed to my account as soon as possible and that I be informed when the transaction is completed.
